Some days wet as the ocean, some days dry as a desert?

Some days, when my boyfriend and I have sex, I am totally soaking wet (as in squirting) and other days I'm dry as the Sahara, even though I'm ready to pound his brains in. It's quite frustrating and I don't understand why this is. I am a healthy 21 year old! Is there anything I can do to help prevent the dryness? He hates using lube.

There are a lot of reasons that could happen. When you're dry, it could be caused by a medication you're taking (allergy and cold medicines, for example), dehydration, a vitamin deficiency, an allergic reaction, douching down there or using harsh soap, hormonal changes (so the time of the month matters), or possibly something else.

Without more info, I don't know which of these could be your cause.

Why does he hate using lube, anyway? Have you guys experimented with different lubes to try to find one he's OK with?
